I have always been fascinated with Reflexology since I had my first treatment 20 years ago. Finally, in 2018, I decided to embark on my journey to become a Reflexologist and have loved every minute of it. Since then I have gone on to learn Hot Stone Reflexology, Facial reflexology and Indian Head Massage. I am always continuing my professional education to develop myself and to provide you with the best service.
I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists ,
Enhanced DBS checked, Fully insured and First Aid trained.

The best way to know how Reflexology can help you, is to give it a try.
It is usually safe to have Reflexology alongside conventional medicine, but if you are currently having any medical treatment please speak to your GP before booking an appointment.
Facial reflexology is based on the same principles of foot reflexology, that the whole body is physically and emotionally mapped onto the face, by working on these reflected areas (reflexes) on the face it can help to stimulate the body's natural healing mechanism, improving health and well being.
After a consultation, you will be made comfortable on a massage table with a blanket if required, to experience a deep relaxation.
Treatments are conducted using Zone Face Lift Facial Elixir, which has been Amethyst Crystal infused (which is the stone used for promoting calm, balance and peace) with white poppy seed oil and Native American healing herbs. This Elixir is designed for all skin types, made in the UK by hand.
100% Organic & Natural Ingredients which are ethically sourced and traceable, Vegan & Cruelty Free.
Please always let your therapist know if you have any allergies to ingredients, alternatives are available.
How many treatments will I need?
Everyone is different and the response to Reflexology can be immediate or sometimes take longer.
I would usually advise initially between 4-6 weekly treatments are best for the body to properly begin the self healing process and to see if you feel this is the best therapy for your needs. After this initial period, you may find that having a monthly treatment as a 'top-up', is all that is required.
However, following an initial consultation, I will suggest the number of Reflexology sessions I think we should undertake.
What happens in a treatment?
Reflexology is performed entirely on the feet, face or hands, so the most you’ll have to do is take off your socks and roll up your trousers! During the treatment the client lies on their back on a reclining chair, or massage table (depending on individual circumstances) supported by pillows and covered with a soft blanket to keep them warm.
And don’t worry - reflexology doesn't tickle! Many clients come to me with ticklish feet or worried about their feet being touched, but find they can relax and enjoy the benefits of Reflexology.
Does reflexology hurt?
You might find some areas feel sensitive to the touch, but Reflexology should not be painful. As a therapist, I will be aware of the status of your feet, noticing how they feel, the temperature and the color. All these things play a part in understanding which areas of your body - as reflected through your feet/face - that may require a bit more care and attention.
Can you diagnose my health problems?
Reflexologists cannot claim to diagnose or cure, but during treatment, we may get 'feedback'. Sometimes Reflexology will highlight a specific area that is working hard to maintain your wellbeing; if a particular reflex point shows this kind of reaction I'll discuss it with you at the end of the session.

Can I keep on having reflexology?
Yes, I would highly recommend it and your body will thank you for it!
You can continue to have treatments if you wish, for as long as you want.
However, during your initial consultation a treatment plan will be discussed to meet your needs, then after an initial course of treatments, many people choose to check in monthly for a top-up, to help maintain their general well being, or as a scheduled 'de-stress.
Other clients will get back in touch to arrange treatments as and when they need them.
Relaxing treatments are available from a private therapy room based in Mattishall or alternatively, in the comfort of your own home..the choice is yours!
I am happy to visit clients from Dereham, Wymondham, Costessey, Drayton, Taverham, Elsing, Swanton Morley, and Norwich.
